Awaken your spirit
Hapé · Guided meditation · Reiki · Sound
An intimate two-hour evening of hapé, guided meditation and Reiki, with space for a soundbath, in the carefully held room at Soul Barns.
Held by David. Many people find a shared room different from sitting alone — a personal experience, not a medical effect, and not a promise that the work is safer.
Today
Saturday — walk without headphones
A short loop outside. Name three things you can see, two you can hear, one you can feel. Hampshire will meet you.
Whether you come for rest, grounding, or a quieter hour with yourself, you’ll be met as you are.

Offerings
Book a session, or sit in a circle
One-to-one in Heckfield, or a group evening at Soul Barns. Both are held. A shared room is simply another way to sit — not a stronger or safer treatment.
Book a session
One-to-one, in Heckfield
Reiki, hapé, sananga or cacao — held with David in a private space in Heckfield. The address is given when you book. Come when you want the work close and unhurried.

Sit with others at Soul Barns
At Soul Barns, hapé, meditation, Reiki and sound are held together. Some people prefer a shared room to sitting alone. That is a human preference, not a claim that group work treats you more effectively or more safely.

Hapé
A carefully held Amazonian snuff ceremony, offered with respect for its traditional use in grounding and presence.

Sananga
A traditional Amazonian eye medicine, offered with reverence. People often describe a short, intense meeting and then a quieter seeing — that is their report, not a medical promise.

Reiki
A quiet, clothed Japanese practice of rest and attention. Many people find it deeply relaxing; it is complementary, not a medical treatment.

Cacao
Ceremonial-grade cacao in a held gathering — a traditional heart-centred drink, not a medical therapy.

Meditation
Less striving. More returning.

Sound
Let the body be played, not improved.

At home
Coming Home — five minutes with David
A guided walk into the woodland, in his voice. Or a quiet timer and a bell, for when you already know the way.

Prepare, then let go
How to arrive for hapé, sananga, cacao or Reiki — what to eat, what to bring, and how to look after yourself afterwards. A checklist lives here so you are not guessing the night before.

Keep a small journal
Intentions before you sit. Reflections after. Gratitude when the day is kind. Stored only on this device — private, simple, enough.
