Sacred Stag Wellness is held by David in Hampshire. Contact: sacredstagwellness@icloud.com. One-to-one work is in Heckfield, Hampshire. Group evenings are at Soul Barns, Mortimer, Berkshire.

What this app stores

Journal entries and preparation checklist ticks are saved in your browser’s local storage on this device only. They are not uploaded, emailed, or backed up by Sacred Stag. David cannot read them.

If you clear this site’s data, use private or incognito browsing, reinstall the browser, or open the app on a different phone, those notes and ticks will not be there. There is no account and no cloud copy. Use Delete all journal entries if you want them gone now.

What we do not collect here

• No sign-in, no mailing list from this app, no analytics profile of your sits.
• Audio for Coming Home and the sit timer plays on your device. We do not record you.
• Booking is handled by Acuity Scheduling, a separate service, when you open the calendar. Their privacy notice applies to that booking.

Hosting

The published app is hosted by the Grok App Builder (on infrastructure such as Vercel). Technical logs that any website may keep — for example a request time or approximate location used to deliver the page — are processed by those providers, not used by David to identify you. The intended address is app.sacredstagwellness.co.uk once a custom domain is connected.

Your rights

Because journal data never leaves your phone, the way to access or erase it is on the Journal page, or by clearing this site in your browser settings. For anything you have emailed or booked, write to sacredstagwellness@icloud.com.
