The app
Sacred Stag Wellness offers Reiki, ceremonial cacao, hapé, sananga, meditation and sound in Hampshire. This website is a companion: guides, a sit timer, David’s recorded meditation, and a private journal on your device. Using it does not create a treatment relationship until you book and attend in person.
18+
Hapé and sananga are for adults aged 18 and over only. Do not book these for a child or young person. Meditation, Reiki and cacao sessions are discussed case by case — write first if you are booking for anyone other than yourself as an adult.
Not medical treatment
Nothing here claims to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Traditional uses and personal accounts (grounding, rest, a quieter mind, feeling moved in a circle) are not the same as proven medical effects. UK advertising rules require evidence for objective health claims; we do not make those claims. Always follow your clinician for medical or mental-health care.
Your responsibility
You agree to complete the health screening on the booking page, to tell David about pregnancy, heart or blood-pressure issues, medications, eye conditions, and crisis, and to stop a session if you need to. Sitting with others can feel supportive; it does not make plant medicine medically safer.
Journal and checklist
Entries stay on this browser. We are not liable for loss if you clear data, change phones, or use a private window. Delete them whenever you wish.
