Welcome — you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
Slow down. Reconnect. Come home to yourself. This is a space for wellbeing and spiritual practice. You are invited to soften the noise, listen inward, and sit with Reiki, cacao, and plant ceremonies held with care. Nothing here is a medical treatment.
My own path opened through yoga, meditation and energy work. After completing Reiki training and initiations in 2024, I felt deeply guided to share this work with others.
I work with gentleness, presence and respect — with cacao, hapé, and sananga as well as Reiki. Everything offered here is held with care and intention. It would be an honour to walk beside you.
